Sick, sick, sick: Part II

First, I was too hot. Then, I was too cold. Then, I was just pure miserable.

My last night in Rwanda was torture, thanks to the bliss and luxury provided by Nyungwe Forest Lodge, a lush five-star lodge tucked into a tea plantation. How could something so lovely and serene and posh be torture?

We departed from Kigali following a buffet lunch of chicken, rice and fruit, loaded into our two SUVs and headed for Volcanoes National Park and Ruhengeri for a gorilla-themed weekend.
